I began dancing in 1986 at the age of 6 with Energy Plus School of Dance, then in 1991 I began attending Debut Academy.

I always had a passion for performing so after I finished school I attended Coventry University Performing Arts where I gained a BTEC ND in Performing Arts and then continued my studies in Brighton where I graduated in Physical Theatre.

Whilst in Brighton I was also fortunate enough to develop my knowledge further by performing and training with and for professional Theatre Companies. When I returned to Coventry I began my training to become a registered dance teacher at Debut Academy and qualified in 2005.  I went on to be the most senior teacher and choreographer at Debut Academy and also began a job as a dance and drama teacher for The X Academy and was soon given the title of Co-Principal.

When Debut Academy closed it's doors in 2010, I decided to open my own Dance School. 

In August 2010 Liberty School of Dance officially opened. 

Both myself and the children love their Saturday afternoons.  "I've seen children crying because they dont want to go into a class.  Fortunately I've experienced the opposite, they don't want to leave and I have some grumpy faces at hometime."
