Croft Lofts were the third of three quotes we had requested for our loft extension.

We were very impressed with Dave’s approach.  He told us exactly what we could have within the regulations and didn’t fluff it up with colourful portfolios etc.

 

Dave would also not be drawn into discussions about other suppliers.  

 

He was only concerned in what his company could do for us.  No pressure selling, just straight talking.

We appreciated the no-frills, honest approach and it was an easy decision for us to make.

 

To be absolutely honest, the price would have been irrelevant.  As it was, the price was the best.  Coming from a customer service environment as we do, we were satisfied that Dave and his team were the right choice. Like other customers there was a concern about dust etc but that was an undue one.  There simply was no mess. Dave and his team of tradesmen left the house spotless each day and the working area was sealed from the rest of the house.  Our installation took every inch of space that could  legally be taken and  the finish is of the highest quality.  The amazing thing is that it only took three weeks to complete!  Other companies had quoted 6-7 weeks.

We had requirements beyond the standard installation and everything was accommodated to our liking, as long as it met with regulations. Dave and his team have a very professional approach, and everyone involved works to Dave’s order and high standards.  On-site at 8am every day without fail.  There was none of this nipping off to other jobs in between.  Croft Lofts give their customers absolute focus from beginning to end and there was no payment until the job was completed and we were totally satisfied.

 

We have used the same tradesmen for further work on the house since; such is their reliability and quality of workmanship.  They all come as recommendations through Croft Lofts.  Not because they are mates but because they are good.  Dave only uses good people.Not only do we now have a fantastic extension on the house, one which gives us so much more space to enjoy, we have made a lasting friendship with Dave, who keeps in touch and helps us out with anything we need to further improve our property.Don’t be hooked by sales patter or competitors criticising their opposition.
